Journey around Africa’s most populous country, Nigeria to meet Taiwo, Ochanya, Ndagi and 27 other children from different parts of the West African country.

Each child tells you where they live in Nigeria, the environment of their town or city, traditional occupation, and the customs of their people. They will also explain different aspects of their culture such as history, food, clothing, festivals, music, dance, and art.

The Peoples of Nigeria book features important cultural aspects such as the famous Benin bronzes of the Benin kingdom, the art of calabash carving in Marghi culture, the love of music in Yoruba culture, the heritage of fishing of the Ijaw people, the art of pottery in Gbagyi culture, the Durbar festival of the Hausa and Fulani and the popular Ekombi dance of the Ibibio, Efik and Annaŋ peoples.
