When Farida, a nine year old victim of child marriage, is brought in to the hospital after being brutally raped, few can foresee the effects that this act of violence will have on the lives of three people: Awele, the compassionate doctor in charge of Farida’s case; her fiancé chime, a brilliant but over ambitious lawyer who will go to any length to advance his career; Luka, a humanitarian who takes on the mighty Tanimu, Farida’s wealthy and powerful husband, to fight for justice and save Farida from a life of abuse.
